Tuckpointing
Tuckpointing involves removing mortar joints and replacing them with new mortar. It is our goal to make sure that the mortar joints match the texture and color of existing conditions.
Stone and Terra Cotta Repairs
We have extensive experience in correcting underlying defects and repairing damaged stone and terra cotta. Our workmen are skilled at matching the contouring color of adjacent surfaces.
Caulking and Sealants
Window, openings and expansion joints are caulked with flexible sealants, which can eliminate water leaks and reduce energy losses. Our workmen have the skill and equipment necessary to safely reach even the most difficult locations.
Veneer Pinning and Seismic Upgrade

While we are not a new construction masonry contractor, we frequently salvage and rebuild portions of existing structures. Our experience includes resetting brick, stone and terra cotta.
Clear Water Repellents
Clear water repellents penetrate masonry and stone to protect the substrate and mortar joints. The materials we select have been proven to be breathable and reliable.
Elastomeric Wall Coatings
Elastomeric wall coatings on stucco, concrete and concrete block offer long-term protection and enhance the building’s appearance. These coatings are tinted like paint, but have the ability to span cracks to keep moisture out.
